Nominations sought for 2011 Torch Awards

WINDSOR, Colorado —The Better Business Bureau serving northern Colorado  and Wyoming is accepting nominations now through Aug. 12 for the 2011 BBB Torch Awards for Business Ethics, a program of the BBB Foundation.

All for-profit businesses in northern Colorado and Wyoming are eligible. The company needs to be in good standing with the BBB, but does not need to be accredited by the BBB Torch Award nominees are evaluated by teams of business students from Colorado State University, Northern Colorado University and the University of Wyoming. Finalists will be determined by an independent nomination review panel.

The Better Business Bureau, founded in 1912, is a champion for ethics and trust in the marketplace. Today, 123 BBBs across the United States and Canada rate more than 4 million local and national businesses and charities.
